Form & Flora is a custom design studio based in gorgeous Portland, Oregon. We create lush, artistic arrangements that express our clients' unique personalities.
Owner, Lacy Lowry, has a background in fine art and psychology. When she is not arranging flowers or working with plants, you'll find her in her painting studio, hiking in the woods, or hanging out with her two boys.
